AUDIEN HEARING WEEKLY GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE PROMOTION — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sponsor: Budget Hearing Aids LLC dba Audien Hearing, 7350 E Evans Rd, Bldg B100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-3127.

Promotion Period: This promotion runs in three weekly installments. Each week begins at 12:00 AM MST and ends at 11:59 PM MST:

  • Aug 10–15, 2026: Buy one Atom Pro 2, get one free ("BOGO").
  • Aug 17–22, 2026: Receive one free Audien Shields with any purchase of $150 or more.
  • Aug 24–29, 2026: Receive one free Clarity with any purchase of $150 or more.

Each weekly offer is valid only during its specified dates and does not carry over to other weeks.

Eligibility: Open to customers with a valid U.S. shipping address, 18 years of age or older, purchasing directly through the Audien Hearing website (audienhearing.com). Purchases made through third-party retailers (such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walgreens, Target, Walmart, CVS, BJ's, Staples, Giant Eagle, and other retailers) are not eligible for any weekly offer.

Qualifying Purchase: The $150 purchase threshold (Weeks 2 and 3) is calculated on the pre-discount, pre-tax, pre-shipping subtotal of the order. Gift cards and subscription purchases do not count toward the qualifying total.

How to Redeem: No code is required. The applicable free gift will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout during the relevant week.

Free Gift Details: Free gift(s) will be shipped with the qualifying purchase or separately, at Sponsor's discretion. Free gifts have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or exchanged. Limit one (1) free gift per customer per week, regardless of number of qualifying orders placed, while supplies last. If a specific weekly gift is exhausted, Sponsor will substitute a gift of equal or greater value for remaining qualifying orders that week.

Returns: If a qualifying purchase is returned, the associated free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.

General Conditions:

  • Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any weekly offer at any time without notice.
  • Offers may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to limit quantities per customer or per day if necessary.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for orders that fail to qualify due to technical error, incomplete checkout, or purchases made outside the specified weekly window.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
