Take them out of the box, put them in your ears, touch the screen to adjust volume and environment settings to your preference. That's it. No apps, no pairing, no programming.

Is the sound quality really professional-grade?

 Yes. Our audiologist team developed the A2™ Max processing using real-world data from over 1 million customers. You get prescription-quality sound without the prescription hassle.

Will these be too big for my ears?

Nope! We have a patented, comfortable design that's as small as possible while keeping the best sound quality. We also have two different models so if one doesn't work for you, the other will.

Is this covered by insurance?

No, but we do accept FSA and HSA cards for payment at checkout!

How long does it take to recharge?

Charging time is approximately 4 - 6 hours.

Are these amplifiers?

NO. These are true FDA registered over the counter hearing aids, not to be confused with cheap amplifier alternatives.

What is that little thing sticking out on the hearing aid?

The pull line (or removal antenna) is designed specifically to help you safely remove the device from your ear. It is essential that this component remains intact to ensure the hearing aid functions correctly and can be extracted easily. Please do not cut or remove this wire, as doing so will void your warranty.

When can I expect my order?
